BANARSI collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by BANARSI. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and fulfill your order. Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner’s systems. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
From time to time, there may be information on BANARSI.NL that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Terms and conditions
The terms & conditions are applicable to all agreements and orders of BANARSI, except when BANARSI has agreed to other conditions in writing. By placing an order and accepting the offer you are automatically in agreement with these terms and conditions.
Prices & costs
All prices mentioned on the website of BANARSI are inclusive 21% tax. Shippingcosts are €4,00 in the Netherlands. Shipping abroad costs €7,95 within Europe and €30,00 outside of Europe. If you order more than one product shipping costs will remain the same.
BANARSI aims to ship all orders that are in stock within 1-2 days. Orders that are not in stock will be sent within 3-4 weeks after the payment is complete to the address given to us by you. If a product has a longer delivery time or is (temporarily) not deliverable you will be informed shortly after you have placed the order. BANARSI is not responsible for delays or damage caused by Post NL, DHL or UPS. BANARSI takes great care of the sending and receiving of ordered products. Never the less it can happen that an order is not sent or incomplete. You need to report this within 3 days after you have received the product.
The agreement for buying and selling is realized the moment that you accept and comply with the general terms & conditions of BANARSI. As long as the agreement is not confirmed by mail the customer has the right to cancel the agreement. The due payment can be made thru IDEAL.
Reclamations & Returns We do the best we can to deliver a perfect product, BANARSI advises to check the delivered products immediately after receiving them. In case the ordered products do not satisfy your expectations, do not hesitate to contact us by mail in order to inform us about it. BANARSI will try to solve the problem or complaint together with you. You have the right to return the products delivered by BANARSI within 7 days. Within the approval period of 7 days you are obliged to take great care of the product and the packaging.
